Hannah and her new kitchen (don't mind the messy hair)

Hannah and all the food for her new kitchen

Hannah and her princess cake! (didn't really turn out that great)

Hannah opening her present from Ethan (he gave her a teapot that turns into tinkerbells house)

Hannah loves wearing her little apron that her aunt Amy made for her! So cute! Just what she needed to cook in her new kitchen.

Singing Happy Birthday to her! (when she went to blow out her candles, she got too close and the heat burned her forehead and she started screaming!)
Thanks everyone for all the birthday gifts! She loved them all!!!

HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY HANNAH!!!!

Happy Birthday hi5 Graphics

Here is Hannah on her 1st birthday last year!

And here is our baby girl now!

Where has the last two years gone! I can't believe she is 2 already!! My baby is growing up way too fast!! I just LOVE this little girl and can't get enough of her! She makes our world such a happier place! Each day she makes us laugh, and brings a smile to our faces! She is our little princess, and she definitely knows it! Her new thing is that she has to dress up in her princess dresses on a daily basis. She goes from one princess to another in just a few minutes. Sometimes she has to be two princesses at the same time, and have both dresses on at the same time, it is quite funny! We are so, SO blessed to have her in our lives! We love you so much Hannah!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY DOLL!!

Miracles do Happen!

So, every once in awhile we get a moment with Ethan that makes me feel like we are doing something right! Last Sunday while we were sitting in Sacrament meeting, and it was while they were passing the sacrament, and Ethan whispered to me, "Mom, let's think about Jesus, ok?" and I say OK!! So he is sitting all quite and his arms folded(which by the way is so rare), and after a couple of minutes I said "Ethan are you still thinking about Jesus?" and he said "Yes, shhh!!" I loved it! Also this past Friday, I was picking up Ethan from school and since it was such nice weather I let the kids play on the playground for a bit, and his school teacher came up to me and said "Kristy, I have to let you know how proud I am of Ethan today." And I said why, well to make a long story short, there is a little boy in his class that seems a little slow and different, and Ethan has often said he cries alot, and the kids don't really like him, plus the teacher has said that this little boy doesn't really get along with the kids well. Anyway they had to pick buddies for a project they were doing and nobody wanted to be buddies with this other kid, and Ethan decided to be buddies with him! How cute is that! I am so glad that he is good and well behaved at school, because it is rare to see that side of him! When I hear of things like that it makes me feel good, and think that the hard work does pay off sometimes! I just want him to know how proud of him I am, he is doing so well in school and loves it, and I am so glad!

Dave and Ethan

While we were in Utah for the Holidays, there was plenty of snow for the kids to play in, Ethan had so much fun! Here are a couple of pictures I snapped of Dave and Ethan playing in my parents backyard. They built a fort and a huge snowman. It was so nice to have snow during the holidays, but I must say it was also so nice to come back to Las Vegas and have 60 degree weather! This week it has been in the mid 60's and we don't even need a coat during the day! I love it!

Happy New Year 2009!!

Happy New Year everyone! I know this post is a little late, but I just barely uploaded pictures from my camera that we took in Salt Lake! We had a fun New Years with my family, lots of food and fun!! Ethan was so excited for our "stay up late party" as he called it! He could not wait to do the horns and silly string and all those fun things. After it was all over, he asked if we could do it again! We are excited to see what this new year brings, Dave will FINALLY be done with school and can actually start making money! We hope!!! It will be nice to know where we will be in 6 months! It will be interesting to see where this new chapter in our lives will take us!
