Here he is again waiting to go in, he was having a fit because he didn't want me to take any pictures of him. So I did the best I could.
The teacher was rushing the parents out, so I snapped this as I was leaving!
Here he is entering the classroom
So today was Ethan's first day of kindergarten. I think he was a little nervous, more so than when he started prechool. He is really disappointed because all of his friends from our ward all got in the same morning class but him. He got afternoon, and we are not happy with it. I went to the school and have tried to have him changed, but they won't, I am on a waiting list so if anyone drops out or doesn't show this week, they will call me, so keep your fingers crossed. I hope he enjoys it and makes new friends. I thought that this wouldn't be a big deal because sending him to preschool got me used to it. But I don't think it is the leaving him there that makes me sad, it is the fact that he is old enough to be starting kindergarten, and entering into the real world. I was fighting back the tears, when I had to say goodbye, so he wouldn't see them. It is so hard to see your kids grow up sooo fast! Especially hard to have to let go of them, and send them out into the real world and to be amongst all the evil out there. I just hope that he does good and chooses good friends and good choices and always stays close to us, and to his heavenly father. I love him so much and I am having such a hard time with letting him grow up, but I know it is just a part of life. I am anxious to see how his first day went!!!

I was tearing up too just reading this. I can't believe he is old enough either. He does look cute. I hope that you can change his class. Good luck.
I can't believe it is time for Ethan to go to school! I am not looking forward to the day when Taryn goes. He is such a cutie!
Yay Ethan! I can understand what you're saying, b/c when they go to kindergarten they'll always be in school from that point on. I;m kind of glad I have Tyler for one more year.
I like the new background!
