I saw this on another blog, and thought it was interesting to hear peoples responses! So I thought I would post it and see what kind of responses I get!
If you had to give up one modern convenience for one year - which would you choose?
Microwave
Cell phone
Computer
DVR
Dishwasher
Washing Machine
Television
Car
I think if I had to choose one, I would choose the dishwasher! I could totally live without it, I don't like doing the dishes but I wouldn't mind it if I had to either! All the others I don't think I could go without! Well maybe the microwave would come in second! Because I could use the stove/oven!

i think its a toss up between the microwave and the dishwasher. but not the DVR!!!
I would actually say DVR because I have gone with out one for over a year! I really miss it though.
PS We are excited that you are coming in a few weeks!
That is so funny, because before I saw your answer I was like Dishwasher all the way!!
