So at first you may think what the heck are these pictures. But when I went to bed last night this is what I found on my nightstand lamp. These are notes that Ethan wrote saying "I love you, MOM" with pictures of him and I. I just wanted to cry, that was the cutest thing ever. Afterwards we were talking about them and I was telling him how much I loved them and he said he did it so it would always remind me that he loves me. Even though we have had some rough times with him, he can still be the darn sweetest boy ever. I just love him so much and want him to know that I am so proud of him and all that he has learned in preschool, he is always drawing me pictures and writing me notes, and before preschool he wouldn't do any of that. I am amazed everyday with that little guy! I love you too, Ethan!!!

Tagged......By A Book Worm!
So I have been tagged by a friend of mine, and this one is a bit different than all the other ones that I have done, and it just so happens that I am currently reading a book for my book club, so I have a book to use. The book that I am reading is obviously not my choice, it is called "Freakonomics". And really it is the most boring book I have ever read, I am not done with it, because it is so boring I don't want to read it, but I really enjoy going to my book club mainly to socialize. I do really love to read. I used to read all the time but since I have had kids and a DVR, I never find the time to read, but I am trying to be better. Anyway here is what it is all about:
Here are the instructions for those who I'm going to tag:
1. Grab your nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the next 3 sentences on your blog along with these instructions.
5. Tag 10 different people. (5 will do too)
(not all the book nerds I know have blogs. But I still choose you.)
"Criminals who would have previously been set free-for drug related offenses and parole revocation in particular were instead locked up. Between 1980 and 2000, there was a fifteenfold increase in the number of people sent to prison on drug charges. Many other sentences, especially for violent crime, were lengthened. The total effect was dramatic." (Freakonomics by Steven D. Leavitt and Stephen J. Dubner)
Now do you see what I mean, by it is such a boring book that I can barely get myself to pick it up and read it.
I tag: Amy Hager, Amber J., Amber S., Amy Hughes, and Dawn H.
Good luck!
