So at first you may think what the heck are these pictures. But when I went to bed last night this is what I found on my nightstand lamp. These are notes that Ethan wrote saying "I love you, MOM" with pictures of him and I. I just wanted to cry, that was the cutest thing ever. Afterwards we were talking about them and I was telling him how much I loved them and he said he did it so it would always remind me that he loves me. Even though we have had some rough times with him, he can still be the darn sweetest boy ever. I just love him so much and want him to know that I am so proud of him and all that he has learned in preschool, he is always drawing me pictures and writing me notes, and before preschool he wouldn't do any of that. I am amazed everyday with that little guy! I love you too, Ethan!!!

what a sweet little guy. i started crying just reading about it! tell him that we miss him soooo much and that we are proud of him for being such a good boy.

That is priceless! I'm glad you took pictures to always remember. Kids just have a way of getting right to your heart. That Ethan, he's so cute!
